Teo Pérez presents his trio album, On The Spot!, live, featuring Tomás Martínez. This EP was born spontaneously in the studio, like the classics of Miles Davis and his great quintet of the 1950s. Only great musicians who understand the style achieve such freshness. This is the result of years of dedication concentrated in a moment where the musicians make the musical decisions, allowing the music to breathe and feel alive. Teo Perez is an Argentine drummer trained at the Manuel de Falla Conservatory and trained in New York, where he took classes with Kenny Washington, Keith Balla, and Pete Van Nostrand. In Buenos Aires, he was a member of Falla's Big Band, performing at venues such as the CCK, the Parque Centenario Amphitheater, the Usina del Arte, and the Buenos Aires International Jazz Festival. Along with Tomás Martínez, he participated in the Calafate Jazz Festival. He is also a drum doctor and session musician.
